Project Description

Phil is our Chelsea locations manager and is incredibly multitalented. He has worked in the industry since 1998 and has been part of the RCM team for over 20 years. As an RCM employee he has worked on multiple large projects, including installions for all of the emergency vehicles for the Maine Dept. of Conservation. His intellect is vast when it comes to the equipment we sell, he can do just about everything from programming, to install, and answer just about any question you may have, and if he doesn’t know the answer, he will find it. His extensive experience setting up and installing equipment in emergency, and non-emergency vehicles, affords him the availability to troubleshoot any issue. One of Phil’s personal pursuits is metal working, whether that’s machining or fabrication, this gives him an advantage to installations, as it strengthens his ability  to look at a project and visualize different ways to complete the task at hand.
